Unlike Fiji, Samoa or Tahiti, the Kingdom of Tonga has never been affected by colonisation. Tonga today still remains proudly Tongan and true to its ancient cultures and traditions. Largely undiscovered by the Tourist hordes, Tonga remains the last unspoilt destination in the South Pacific.
