Fins ‘n’ Flukes “Beach house” is located on Lifuka, the island where the plane lands and is two minutes from the airport by car. The accommodation is aimed at activity orientated travelers who prefer to spend their money on having a good time, with the whales or diving, rather than on where they sleep. It is the only beach front accommodation on Lifuka Island. Rooms are basic, clean and comfortable with a choice of single rooms (4 per house) with shared facilities or double rooms (2 per house) with a private en-suite bathroom. All rooms have lockable doors, mosquito screened windows, power points, a fan and towels are provided. We use energy saving halogen bulbs. Each house is only meters from the sandy beach and the houses are situated in a tropical garden. We have hammocks for our guests and there is a tropical coral reef right in front of the resort that’s perfect for snorkeling. There is a communal hot shower room on site. The resort serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on a covered, ocean view veranda. Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. Offering great value for beach front accommodation with en-suite facilities.
