Billfish Bar & Restaurant was started in 1995 when owners Liz & John Sullivan realized a dream to live & work in the unique South Pacific Kingdom where Liz was born. From the start “Billfish” ,or “Pilaika”, has lead the way as a first class venue in Tonga & is well recognized in the Pacific & around the world. Air New Zealand’s in flight magazine has termed it “The Legendary Billfish”. And so it is as you will find out when you enjoy a meal or a drink served by the staff of the “Friendly Islands” , sit back & enjoy the ambience, listen to the music & mingle with the locals.
